2️⃣ Initiate the appointment booking process
Once on the Anmeldung appointment booking platform, you can initiate your search by clicking on the ‘Termin berlinweit suchen’ button:
This will initiate a search for available Anmeldung appointments at all the different Bürgerämter (town halls) in Berlin. Note: You can complete your Anmeldung at any Bürgeramt in Berlin, not just the one in your local district.

The Bürgeramt will also email you an appointment confirmation but their system is fairly unreliable – so it is always safest to save the PDF confirmation as shown above.

When to book an Anmeldung appointment in Berlin?
