Print Shops and Copy Shops in Berlin

This page provides an overview of print shops and copy shops in Berlin that offer English-speaking printing and reprographic services.

Unless you own your own printer, you will almost certainly require access to printing services when living in Berlin. Top tips when printing in Berlin

Here are a few things to consider when using copy shops in Berlin:

  • Copyshops in Berlin generally have much more expensive pricing if you need to use an in-store computer to access your files. Therefore, we recommend taking your documents on a pen drive so that you can plug it straight into the printers and enjoy much cheaper printing prices.

  • If you do need to use an in-store computer to access your files, then you may be charged based on how long you use the computer. Make sure a staff member is available to assist so that you do not waste too much time trying to figure out how the computer works.

  • By default, printers may be set up to print in colour, which is much more expensive than black and white. When using a printer, double-check that the colour configuration is correct before hitting ‘print’.

  • Many copyshops in Berlin will have a minimum card spend and will only accept cash for smaller print jobs. Make sure you are carrying cash to pay for your printing.

We hope this list has provided some useful recommendations for all your printing needs! If you would like further information about living in Berlin, check out our other blog posts or free relocation resources.
